The Township of Scugog is seeking the professional services of a consulting firm that specializes in Building Condition Assessments (BCAs) to assist the Township in understanding the physical condition, life expectancy and capital expenditure forecast over the next 15-years to keep each facility in a good state of repair.  The following Township of Scugog facilities include:

1. Municipal Office including Annex located at 181 Perry Street, Port Perry; and
2. George Curry Grain Elevator/Old Mill c. 1874 located 139 Queen Street, Port Perry; and
3. Port Perry Marina Restaurant and Apartment located 215 Water Street, Port Perry.
