The Township of Scugog is seeking the professional services of a qualified consulting firm to complete a comprehensive Service Delivery and Organizational Review.  The review will include a comprehensive evaluation of the organizational structure (excluding Library and Fire services), services and programs currently being provided by the Township, how those programs and services are being delivered and the level by which they are being delivered. This Review is required to create a long-term sustainable organizational framework to ensure the Township has a solution-based plan and an organization structure to meet the increasing complexities the Township faces such as growth pressures, community expectations, technology, limited financial resources and provincial requirements/downloading.
